Micro Membrane Filter Housing

Micro Membrane Filter Housing is composed of stainless steel sheet and jacketed, can be used for coarse and precision filtration. In order to achieve the purpose of decarburization, clarification, sterilization, different filter medium is chosen according to the customer's demand, can also do leave slag water treatment.
The filter housing is divided into two types of single plate type and double plate type. The filter housing is made of high quality SS304 or SS316L, to be filtered under positive pressure by the stress of pressure tank or peristaltic pump, meet GMP pharmaceutical industry standard. It is popular in pharmaceutical factory, food and beverage factory and hospital; The machine adopts screw structure and easy to use.

 

Instructions:

1.Clean the filter with acid and alkali, and then rinsed with tap water and distilled water in turn, and fill out O-Ring, then steam sterilization for 30 minutes.
2.Check if the silicone O-ring flat; put filter material which is wetted by distilled water on the filter plate in case of the leakage, the filter plate should be put in the silicone O-ring and then cover them.
3.Connect the liquid pipeline, pour the material liquid from the top to bottom of the filter housing, a little gas release to filter the internal air which would affect the filter speed, then filter the things.
4.Open the liquid valve to the desired pressure gradually, can filter after exhausting air. The general working pressure is 0.1~0.2Мрa
5.Open the filter housing and remove the membrane after using, and rinse it with distilled water, can be used again after steam sterilization for 30 minutes next time.
6.The filter medium should be prefiltered before filtering in the filter housing in order to avoid jams which may affect the filter quality. 
7.The filter housing is suitable for filter paper, filter membrane, ultrafiltration membrane, gauze, linen, cotton and other filter medium.
